Who we are

This website is published by Domos, a real estate agency located at 9 rue de la République, 2026 Sidi Bou Said, Tunisia. Contact: contact@domos.tn.

Data we collect

When you fill in a form (contact, visit, valuation, property search), we collect the information you enter: name, email, phone, message and, depending on the form, details about your property or search.

When you browse, our host's technical logs record your IP address and the pages viewed, for security and proper operation.

Why we use it

We use this data only to answer your request, suggest properties matching your search, support your real estate project and improve the site.

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

Who has access

The agency's advisors, our internal management tool (CRM) and our technical host, as far as needed to process your request.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask for their deletion at any time.

Favorites and cookies

Your favorite properties are stored only in your browser (local storage): we have no access to them.

The site may use audience measurement tools. If so, they are enabled only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

External content

Maps are provided by OpenStreetMap and WhatsApp exchanges by Meta. Their use is subject to their own terms.

Your rights

Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data.
